40-60 drops (2-3 mL) in juice or water. Take 3-4 times per day.

Solid extracts of Blueberry, Elderberry, Rosehips, and/or Hawthorn fruit. Also include foods rich in carotenoids (especially Lutein) and flavonoids--carrots, sweet potatoes, yellow squash, dried apricots, red peppers, beets, dark green leafy vegetables, dulse, cayenne pepper and tomatoes. Anti-oxident nutrients like Lutein, Lycopene, vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, Grape seed extract are useful as well.
